Tulsa Lead Loop
Services

Local marketing, set up and run for you.

Eight pieces that work together. Most businesses start with two or three. Each one feeds the same lead list, so the monthly report shows what's paying off.

Google Business Profile and local search

What we do

When someone types "plumber near me" or "roof repair Tulsa," the map results come from Google Business Profiles. We set yours up or clean it up: the right categories, services, service area, hours, phone number, photos, and regular updates. We fix your name, address and phone where they're listed wrong around the web.

What you get

  • A complete, accurate Google profile
  • Fresh photos and posts so it doesn't look abandoned
  • Profile calls, clicks and direction requests in your monthly report

What we need from you

  • Access to your Google profile, or help claiming it
  • Job photos from your phone now and then

A simple, fast website

What we do

A site that loads fast on a phone and tells people what you do, where you work, and how to reach you. Call, text and book buttons on every page. No clutter. If you already have a site that works, we tune it instead of starting over.

What you get

  • A fast, mobile-friendly site with your services and service area
  • Clear call, text and book buttons
  • Forms and calls that feed your lead list

What we need from you

  • Your logo and photos, if you have them
  • Twenty minutes to tell us about your services
  • Your domain login, or we help you get one

Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads

What we do

Small local ad campaigns aimed at the towns you serve and the jobs you want. You set the monthly budget. We write the ads, set them up, watch them, and turn off what isn't working.

Nobody can promise ad results. What we promise is to show you plainly what was spent and what it brought in.

What you get

  • Ads aimed at your area and your best jobs
  • Spend, leads and cost per lead in your monthly report
  • A plain note on what we changed and why

What we need from you

  • A monthly ad budget you're comfortable with
  • The jobs you want more of, and the ones you don't

Reviews

What we do

After each job, the customer gets one polite text or email asking for a Google review, with a direct link. We reply to new reviews, good and bad, in your voice. We ask every customer the same way; Google doesn't allow asking only the happy ones.

What you get

  • A review ask after every finished job
  • Replies to every review
  • New reviews and your rating in your monthly report

What we need from you

  • A way to know when a job is done (a quick text is fine)
  • Your OK on how replies should sound

Email and text follow-up

What we do

Quotes with no answer get a short follow-up. Past customers get a useful reminder at the right time, like a furnace check in the fall or a gutter clean-out in spring, and an occasional note when you have something worth saying.

Marketing emails and texts only go to people who agreed to hear from you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and anyone can reply STOP to texts.

What you get

  • Follow-up on open quotes
  • Seasonal reminders to past customers who opted in
  • Replies and booked jobs from follow-up in your report

What we need from you

  • Your customer list, if you have one
  • Which quotes are still open

Social posts and a monthly content plan

What we do

A simple plan for the month, a few posts a week at most: finished jobs, seasonal tips, reviews, and your team. We write and schedule them. You check the plan once a month and send photos when you have them.

What you get

  • A one-page monthly plan
  • Posts written and scheduled for you
  • The same content reused on your Google profile

What we need from you

  • Access to your Facebook and Instagram pages
  • Photos from the job site when you can

Lead tracking: see what worked

What we do

Every call, text, form, booking and quote goes on one simple list: who, when, where it came from, what happened, and what it cost to get. That list turns into a one-page report each month.

It's how you tell which marketing is worth paying for.

What you get

  • One list of every lead, with source and outcome
  • A one-page monthly report in plain words
  • A short talk each month about what to change

What we need from you

  • A quick note when a lead turns into a job, or access to your scheduling tool

Missed-call text-back and quick form replies

What we do

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business within a minute, with a way to book. Website forms get an answer right away. The lead lands on your list either way, so nothing slips while you're on a job.

What you get

  • A text back to missed callers
  • An instant reply to web forms
  • Every one of them on your lead list

What we need from you

  • Fifteen minutes to set it up with your current phone
The lead list

What the lead list looks like.

The rules we follow

Marketing done the right way.

  • Marketing texts and emails only go to people who said yes.
  • Texts follow carrier rules for business texting. Anyone can reply STOP.
  • Every email has an unsubscribe link and says who it's from.
  • Reviews are asked for the same way from every customer. No fake reviews, ever.
  • No promised rankings or ad results. You see the real numbers each month.
  • Your customers' details are used for your marketing and nothing else.
Free first step

Start with a free 30-minute marketing look.

In person or on the phone. We look at how people find you today, what they see when they do, and where leads leak. You get a written list of what to fix first, and it's yours whether or not you hire us.

What you walk away with

  • How you show up on Google, next to your competitors
  • What a stranger sees on your profile and website
  • Where calls, forms and quotes slip through
  • What you spend on marketing now, and what it brings in
  • A short, plain list of fixes, in order

If you want help after that, pricing is agreed in writing: a one-time setup and a small monthly fee. No long contract.
